Attorney Krishna Palagummi practices immigration law at Rondon Law Group.  He coordinates with the firm’s clients with regard to all business immigration needs, including but not limited to, work permit visas for foreign nationals, lawful permanent residence (green card) process, and U.S. citizenship/naturalization. He also handles Dept. of Labor audits on behalf of firm’s clients. In addition, he regularly undertakes immigration compliance audits at client offices.

Prior to joining Rondon Law Group, Mr. Palagummi was employed in a Central Jersey law firm for about six years and with a firm in New York City for about four years before that.  Mr. Palagummi holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree, which was awarded to him by The University of Iowa College of Law, Iowa City, USA. While at the law school in Iowa, Mr. Palagummi worked as a Law Research Clerk for Professor Jonathan C. Carlson.  Mr. Palagummi received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India, ranking third in the entire university. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Osmania University; Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights from University of Hyderabad; and Diploma in Software Technology from CMC Computer Education Center, Hyderabad.

Mr. Palagummi is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut. His practice in the State of New Jersey is restricted to immigration law. Mr. Palagummi is fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu languages. He has contributed immigration articles to Silicon India and
